Tactical Conditioning for First Responders - a group class which focuses on high intensity workouts specifically designed to meet the needs of Police/Fire/EMS personnel. This is a conditioning class intended to compliment a separate strength program and is perfect for any trainee who wants to improve their aerobic and work capacity without sacrificing their strength gains. All the workouts are scalable and will be adjusted to each individual, making this class appropriate for all fitness levels.
Off Season Strength and Conditioning for Scholastic Athletes - This program can be administered in a private, semi-private or team setting. This program is a structured system designed to improve overall athletic performance. The progressive strength program will increase limit strength and explosiveness and the conditioning program will improve speed, agility, and aerobic capacity. Each participant will receive individual instruction and a personalized program for success!
Military/Police/Fire Physical Fitness Testing Preparation - this program is administered in private or semi-private settings and is individually designed to prepare the trainee to dominate their specific physical fitness test.

Our experience has been that some folks are apprehensive or downright intimidated by the thought of walking into a gym.
